REFUND POLICY


RETURNS
Please contact us to request a return.

To receive a refund, items cannot be opened. For example, the shrink wrap around the puzzle box and plastic bag containing the puzzle pieces must be unopened and intact. 

​

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days following the initial purchase. Cauzzle.llc does not cover the shipping cost for items being returned. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there are mishaps with your chosen shipping company.

Once you contact us, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. You must include the Return Authorization Number in the box with the returned or exchanged item, along with a copy of your receipt. If you are requesting an exchange, please include the name of the item you requested.

Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first. Unfortunately, we cannot track your item without the Return Authorization Number.
 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

You will receive an email once we've received and inspected your return, along with a notice of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the cost of the product as follows:

 

  • We will credit the original payment method if the receipt accompanies the returned item. 

  • Items returned without a receipt will receive a store credit equal to the current retail price of the same item listed on our website. 

  • Items discontinued and no longer listed for sale on our website are not eligible for returns for store credit.

  • We will refund the product cost but not any shipping charges associated with the original shipment.


MISSING PIECES

First check your surroundings.  It is easy for puzzle pieces to fall into the crack of a couch or onto the floor.  Second, check with members in your house to make sure someone isn't hiding a piece (so they can place the last piece in the puzzle).  If you still can't find the piece, send us a photo of the missing piece and we will send you a replacement piece if your puzzle was purchased in the last 90-days.  After 90-days we will not replace the missing piece(s).
